Mission critical talent. Tier IV standards.

Global executive search for digital infrastructure, covering every leadership hire from land and power to live operations.

Grid access, community consent and talent: three constraints hold back the build-out. We solve the third, finding the leaders who take capacity from land to live and the people who run the business around it.

Land to live.
Every hire in between.

And the business around the build.

Capacity only creates value when someone sells it, finances it and runs the company around it. We recruit those leaders too.

Global coverage.
One search team.

Senior digital infrastructure leaders move between markets, and so do we. We run searches across the UK and Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, from regional hubs in the UAE and Singapore.

How we search across borders

AI infrastructure.
End to end.

GPU and AI roles are the most contested hires in the market. We search the whole stack, from the power feed to the people who sell the compute.

CEO, COO and CTO, AI infrastructure platforms, CFO and capital markets, Board and non-executive directors

  2. Commercial

VP Sales, GPU cloud, Head of AI partnerships, Capacity and pricing leadership

  3. Platform & Product

Head of GPU cloud product, AI platform engineering leadership, Capacity planning

  4. GPU Cluster

Head of GPU infrastructure, Cluster deployment and operations, HPC and AI network architecture

  5. Build & Commission

AI campus programme directors, Heads of commissioning and IST, Construction and package leadership

  6. High-Density Design

Liquid cooling and direct-to-chip leads, High-density MEP design, Thermal engineering

  7. Power & Site

Power and grid strategy, Energy procurement, Land and site acquisition

The build-out is outrunning its workforce.

Capital and capacity are arriving faster than the people who can deliver and run them. The gap is widest at senior level.
