Is T4X a recruitment agency?

No. T4X is a retained executive search firm. A recruitment agency typically advertises roles and works with whoever applies. We map the whole market, approach the people best suited to the role, most of whom are not looking, and run each search as a confidential, partner-led process from brief to close.

Which data centre roles do you recruit?

Every stage of the lifecycle: site and power, design, construction, commissioning and operations, plus AI and GPU infrastructure. We also recruit the corporate leadership around them, including C-suite, sales and go-to-market, finance, HR, legal and technology.

Do you recruit data centre engineers and technicians?

Our focus is management to board level, including senior engineering and technical leadership such as Heads of Commissioning or MEP. For hands-on technician roles, a volume or contract agency is usually a better fit.

Where do you recruit?

Worldwide, with coverage across the UK and Europe, North America, the Middle East and GCC, and Asia Pacific, and regional hubs in the UAE and Singapore.

How are your fees structured?

Executive searches are retained with a staged fee. Director and Head of searches are retained or exclusive. Interim and statement of work engagements are on a day rate or a fixed scope. We agree the structure with you before the search starts.
