How T4X collects, uses and protects personal information. Effective 6 October 2026.
Who we are
T4X is a brand of Leru Partners Group, which operates through two registered entities:
- Global headquarters: Leru Partners Group L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Meydan Free Zone business licence 2424512.01).
- Singapore: Leru Partners SG Pte. Ltd., 808 French Road, #04-151 Kitchener Complex, Singapore 200808 (UEN 202448342D, Ministry of Manpower employment agency licence 25S2676).
In this policy, "T4X", "we" and "us" mean these entities. The entity that handles your search or application is responsible for your personal information. For any privacy question or request, including to reach our data protection officer, email info@leru-partners.com.
What we collect
- When you send a search brief: your name, company, work email, the service you need and anything you tell us about the role.
- When you register your CV: your name, current role, email, preferred region, your CV and the information in it.
- When you subscribe to insights: your email address and, if you choose to give them, your name, company and role. We send the T4X Briefing through our email provider, Brevo, after you confirm your subscription. If you are already in our client or candidate records, we note your subscription there.
- When we speak or correspond: notes of our conversations and the information you choose to share, such as career history, availability and preferences.
- From public and professional sources: as a search firm we identify professionals for our clients' roles. We may collect business information about you from sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, the press and professional data providers. If we hold your information this way, we will tell you when we first contact you.
- Technical information: our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. To prevent spam, our forms keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for ten minutes.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to deliver search services to clients.
- To consider you for roles, contact you about opportunities and keep your details up to date.
- To present your profile to a client. We only put your name forward for a specific role with your written consent, which can be given by email.
- To send insights you have subscribed to. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To run, secure and improve this website, and to meet our legal obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement, on our legitimate interest in running an executive search business, or on a legal obligation, as each case requires. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
- Clients recruiting for roles, only with your written consent as described above.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, email and IT providers, recruitment database providers and professional data providers. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
- Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
We work from Dubai and Singapore with clients and candidates worldwide, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer it, we take steps to keep it protected to the standard required by the data protection law that applies to you.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate information while it is useful for matching you to suitable roles. If we have not been in contact for three years, we delete it or ask whether you would like us to keep it. We keep client contact information for as long as we have a business relationship, and subscriber emails until you unsubscribe. We keep some records longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another organisation. To make a request, email info@leru-partners.com. We will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, such as the UAE Data Office, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, an EU supervisory authority or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission. Our Singapore entity complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and the Employment Agencies Act.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections to this site, restricted access to candidate records and spam protection on our forms. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us more sensitive information than a role requires.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our typefaces are served from this website, so no third-party font service receives your information when you visit. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
